Physical Education the world over is witnessing a tremendous revolution with everyone waking up to the realization that fitness and health of our young ones have taken a huge beating in the last few decades owing to a number of factors .While India is still a long away from being considered a sporting nation,the country has started to understand the problems of not having considered the benefits of active living in the past.

Our Physical fitness program is not only aimed at developing the physical fitness levels of the children but also to encourage the adoption of active living by them from a very young age.

The physical tests are focused on the following primary motor abilities for all age groups

  3. Endurance
  4. Flexibility
  5. Agility
